HR Vendors That I Like

Part 1.

A Few of the systems I use and why i like them

This is a quick post to answer a question I get all of the time. What HR vendors do I use and why?

Each vendor will get its own post with more details on why I picked what I picked, but the quick and dirty list is here.

  • ATS (Applicant Tracking System) It is the hands-down best for small recruiting teams but still effective for enterprise-sized organizations.
  • Learning & Development (L&D)Hone They are new to the scene and I was introduced to them by a colleague last year. We launched 20 emerging managers into a private 4-week Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) course. Ok I will go into more in another post.
  • Performance Management. Lattice. This is a literally 360-degree view of the employee lifecycle and experience. 1:1’s, goal setting, anonymous surveys, ladder and leveling system, compensation… the list goes on.

I have used them all in a professional manner, and I have used their competitors as well. Are they the best? Maybe, but they did a great job for me and one thing they all have in common is excellent customer service.

I will go into more detail about why each solution made sense for the organizations I implemented them at. If you use other providers for your ATS, L&D or Performance Management system let me know what you think of them!

Part 2 will address the various PEO’s and HRIS systems……SO EXCITING!
